A standard ticket includes admission for one car and up to five people. 

We recommend you arrive 90 to 60 minutes before the screening to give yourselves plenty of time to order your food and settle back to enjoy the film.

Each car will be able to tune in via an FM radio, you can control your own tone and volume. The car engine can be turned off and technical help will be available if you need a helping hand. If you don’t have an FM radio then you will need to download an app or bring one with you so you can listen.

Yes! We are using a large top of the range LED screen.  We’ve set the site up to enable everyone to get a good view from their cars.

The situation is changing all the time with guidelines for Covid 19 but at the moment families and small groups of friends are able to sit next to their car in their designated area as long as they safely distanced themselves from others.  We hope people will be able to enjoy their food next to their car so please bring chairs and blankets.

If your car doesn’t have an FM Radio then you will need to download one to your phone or bring a portable one.  If you have them you may want to bring camping chairs or blankets to sit on.

Yes you can open your windows.

Unless there is torrential rain leading up to the event which means the field is too muddy to allow cars on the event will go ahead come rain or shine!  The beauty of your car means you won’t get wet! IF this happens the event will be rescheduled to another date or you will be offered a refund.

Unfortunately, only food and drink bought on site can be consumed during the event.  There will be plenty of tasty snacks to choose from local producers so please come along and support local businesses.

When you book your ticket, you can pre-order any of our boxes listed on our menu on the food and drink page.  These will be delivered to you on arrival.  At the event there will be drinks and bar snacks such as olives, crisps and popcorn to order which can be ordered at the event via an App and will be delivered to you in your car.

Yes you can pre-book food up to 24 hours before the screening.  If you forget to book food when purchasing food simply click on this link which takes you to the food booking page.

Yes we have a great range of local beverages from Sussex both soft and alcoholic.  You can order drinks via your mobile which will then be delivered to your car.  Please drink responsibly and ensure you have a designated driver.  You will be asked for proof of ID if you order alcohol and are lucky enough to look under 18!

We are running morning screenings which are suitable for children. Please check the film’s certificate if you are unsure.

We welcome well behaved dogs but they must stay in your vehicles during the performance.

Tickets will be emailed to you, please print or show this via your phone on entering the site.

Your safety is important and we want everyone to go home feeling good. We have taken steps to ensure we are fully compliant with all government restrictions on social distancing. There is no need to leave your car during the screening if you don’t want to. Our large walkways will ensure social distancing in the event that you need to use the toilet facilities. The loos will have 2 m spaced markings to stand at and be cleaned and sanitised regularly. Food and drink ordering and delivery will be contactless, and any staff members interacting with the public will be wearing necessary PPE. All staff will be fully briefed in social distancing and will wash hands regularly with hot water and antibacterial soap.

We will of course adhere to government advice and guidelines. If the event is cancelled due to Covid you will receive a refund.  Please don’t come to the event if you feel unwell or are self isolating.
